The Opportunity of Sponsorship

The Muskoka Concert Association (MCA) is a tradition that was started in 1947 for the purpose of making quality music accessible to the communities of Gravenhurst, Bracebridge, Bala, Port Carling and their surrounding areas. We are organized and administered 100% by volunteers.

Sponsors and ticket sales are our only 2 sources of funding. Post Covid, we are having difficulty building momentum with our attendance so we have pared our offerings for 2023 from our usual 5 concerts to two concerts … details to be announced. This means that we will have but 2 opportunities for Option A available for the coming year.

We currently offer 2 levels of sponsorship:

Option A
Single Concert Sponsorship
$500
Includes:

  • a dedicated sign in the lobby of the venue at the time of the concert
  • public acknowledgment at the beginning of the concert
  • prominent mention on all advertising media we use to promote the particular concert including your professional identification and contact information prominent in the programs distributed during the performance
  • your business card on our website for a full year
  • an opportunity to address the audience at the beginning of the concert.
  • camera ready copy to be provided by sponsor

Option A
Single Concert Program Advertisement
$50
Includes:

  • your business's identification and contact information to be featured on the program and distributed during the performance
  • camera ready copy to be provided by sponsor

It would be useful to have readily available digitized copy (suitable for quality reproduction) containing your Corporate Name, logo, address, as well as some general information that might help potential clients identify with your products & services.
